Port Adelaide Plaza™
The re-development of the shopping centre is under way, a $45 million construction project that will create almost 300 jobs and add significant economic prosperity to the iconic suburb of Port Adelaide. The Centre, which was re branded Port Adelaide Plaza™ shopping centre in April 2019 will expand from 19,000 square metres to over 29,000 square metres with an expected end value of $133 million - making it the most significant retail development of its kind in the local area in 40 years.
The Centre (owned and managed by Precision Group) is being extended to accommodate 60+ retailers, including speciality shops, cafes and restaurants, a planned health club and medical centre. The dining precinct currently features Funk food + Cafe, Shanghai Teahouse, Billy Ming, Boneshaker, Yiros Central and Sushi Hiro.

Stage 2 is anticipated to open mid 2020 with a further 40+ specialty shops including a Fresh Food Precinct, a Medical Centre and gym.
