S2 Thai's delicious speciality is handmade dumplings in the shape of a 'sea flower' which is packed with prawn, squid, chicken and served with light red curry sauce.
The petals work to catch the amber-coloured sauce and in the centre – or bud – a snippet of coriander leaf and red chilli completes the picture. The thick red curry sauce carries the dish, with all the moreish sweetness of coconut milk and a slight heat to finish.
